The University has invested heavily in technology, furniture and other supporting infrastructure to enable smooth operation of the plant to foster greater understanding and learning amongst all students. As the student body enlarges, more facilities are allocated for their use and constant investment is needed to provide quality education for the student body.

The premises of UACS encompass 2,800 m2 (divided equally into both an East and West Wing), consisting of:

- Amphitheaters

- Classrooms

- Library

- Computer lab

- Reading room with computers

- Cafeteria

- Leisure time rooms

UACS is situated in the center of Skopje (ul. Treta Makedonska Brigada 60)
