International Program Office
The University’s International Programs Office is set up to permit students to study almost anywhere where agreements are established.  Students approved to study abroad at another institution or through another institution’s international programs offerings may maintain their student status at UACS by registering courses in the pre-approved exchange program. The Office of International Programs is responsible for administrating and operation of all study abroad programs.

The International Programs Office (IPO) serves as a contact point for international initiatives. It facilitates the signing of agreements with schools which are holders of Erasmus University Charter. Inter-institutional agreements are approved and signed by the Rector. Students wishing to apply for mobility submit an application to the IPO where applications are proceed and approved. All students who are in good academic standing are eligible for mobility after they have completed 2 semesters. Undergraduate and two-year master's students may take up to 2 semesters or no more than 60 ECTS. Selection of courses must take into account the curriculum at UACS for final degree granting. Courses, credit recognition
and other details are clearly stipulated in the tripartite learning agreements signed by UACS, the partner university and the mobile student. Our IPO monitors the progress, and the Self-evaluation Committee evaluates the implementation of interinstitutional mobility agreements.

UACS International Programs Office (IPO) guides all mobile students. It facilitates their transition to new student life and provides services and support necessary to meet special needs. Inbound students receive assistance upon arrival (airport/railroad/bus station) and also regarding accommodation options, residential permit, personal health insurance, evaluation of credentials as prescribed by the Macedonian law. IPO organises student induction/welcome week, cultural orientation, language assistance, involvement in social activities and continuous mentoring and advise. Support with academic issues is also provided. Outbound students can receive legal advise and assistance with academic and other issues related to their mobility.
